Upon placing your order, a personalized design proof will be sent to you via email within 1-2 business days. Once you have received the proof, you will collaborate directly with your designated designer, allowing you to make any necessary modifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to request any additional items that may not be listed. The production process will commence once you have given your approval for the final design proof.

A separate invoice for shipping will be sent after your order is placed and your items are finalized.
