We take your ideas and provide solutions to bring them to reality, we outsource the appropriate vendors that will get the job done, we negotiate quotes to obtain the best pricing, we manage rentals, we schedule appointments, and much more. We guide and assist you throughout the planning process, and on the day of the event, we oversee everything behind the scenes so that you can fully enjoy your special day.
Event design is about experimenting with themes, colors, and aesthetics, while event planning is focused on logistics, budgets, and timelines. At Opulent Celebrations, we understand that event design and event planning go hand in hand in the creation and execution of a successful event, which is why we offer a combination of both services to our clients.
The sooner the better! There are several factors that need to be taken into account when planning an event. For example, it is important to book venues and vendors well in advance. As a general rule, at least one year for weddings and large celebrations, and 6-8 months for smaller-scale events.
We offer different packages that include basic services. The prices vary depending on the package you choose and whether additional or special requests are made that go beyond the package.
Currently, we are offering online consultations via Zoom and other apps are available upon request. As part of our re-launch, the first consultation is free of charge.
YES! We are based in Delaware, but we are happy to travel. Travel fees and arrangements will be discussed based on the distance. If you are planning a destination event, we have special packages available.
